Our formula can help you lose weight if you take 3 servings daily with a glass of water before each meal, and within a diet where you eat fewer calories than you burn daily.

Dosage:  Our Sterrenstof Craving Crusher is taken 15 minutes before a meal and is drunk in one go. After taking it, drink a glass of water immediately. Take a maximum of three doses per day. Daily dosage should not be exceeded.

Great, stardust really helps a lot!

I have a real sweet tooth, eating less is not a problem for me, but staying away from sweets and cookies is! The fat burner and the Craving crusher really help enormously! I can now go through the day without craving “something tasty” and hopefully I will get rid of those fat buttocks 😜
Strangely enough, I don't like sweet drinks, but these are fine for me, I find the citrus smoothie too sweet, so I ordered the orange one now, I'll just finish the citrus, I'll add some extra water 😀

Add 300 ml (or more) of water to a shaker or glass

We always recommend using a Sterrenstof Shaker (To-Go) or a (dry) glass.
